The answers here are right... Peter Maturi (the best shop in the world if you like kitchenware!) will most likely sell what you need. Check out their website:

http://www.maturi.co.uk/

The market will sell cheaper products (you get what you pay for) and Morrison's stocks a very limited supply of kitchenware so would not bother trying there.

If you want 'budget' goods, I would personally recommend Wilkinson's.

Other good places are Debenhams, House of Fraser and Marks & Spencer on Briggate, which have brilliant Kitchen sections (I would try them in that order).

Another suggestion is Peter Jones which sells china and kitchenware. This can prove to be a treasure trove for kitchen goods, again can be a little pricey. There is one opposite HMV.

morrisons is probvably the best bet, can't remember the name of the road but its up hill from the headrow oposite yates on the road out to headingly. Theres no specialist baking shops in leeds as far as i know. Morrisons sells flour, yeast, etc and all the tins etc. If you want a breadmaker i'm not sure though.

I'd agree with Bumblebee - Peter Maturi's is a good place but it's expensive, they specialise in pots and pans and so on - you've got plenty of choice and it's quality stuff. I bought a big pan from there and in the even of a war I'm taking shelter under it.

If you're on a budget the markets are very near by and they have all sorts of stalls selling housewares.

Peter Maturi on Vicar Lane - right at the end near the Headrow/Eastgate. Really ace shop - sells all sorts of cooking stuff and posh presenty homewares upstairs.
