i can not acces my system restore or help&support?

Question

I went to pcmighty website and scanned my laptop free.It came up with 520 damage report.Apparently,i need to pay 29.95USD so they can get my system working properly.I think there is a severe damage and no idea what to do. I can not see content of my emails,i can't even delete my messages,it won't let me.i have 400 messages waiting to be deleted and i can't do it.can't download anything whatsoever.Please advice me what should i do?Thank you

download an antivirus on a freinds pc, such as avg free and install on urs. Sounds like u have a seriouse virus issue
