You can have the baby within the next few weeks as those calculations based on your last menstrual period are notoriously unreliable.
Be happy, let your baby decide his or her birthday. Besides, your body will get the "today is the day" telltale signs such as what you may think of as cramping, but they are tiny contractions which are too far in between. You will also get leakages , or blissful nothings. Clean up the house, prepare baby things, run down the list, food for you and your husband, little details....
If you really want to have the baby today, phone your obstetrician and run it by him. Maybe he or she would rather that you have the baby today too, she will be happy to have the next days off when your baby is really due.

Unfortunately no matter what you try your baby will not arrive until he/she is ready, i tried everything with my son. Sex, curries, pneapple to name a few in the end he came a few days late
Although you only have a few days left until your due try drinking Raspberry Leaf tea as this will help your body get ready for the birth
Good luck and congratulations x

My daughter was 2 weeks overdue & they said to me to do a few things to help labour along or else they'd have to induce me the next morning (I didn't want this) - and they must have worked cause I went into labour that night.
1) Eat mexican food (I ate it breakfast, lunch & dinner that day!)
2) Rub your nipples (I tried this but it just felt yukky!!!)
3) Drink castor oil (I mixed it 1/2 & 1/2 with orange juice - tastes disgusting & makes you want to throw up which is why it gets your stomach moving)
4) Have sex! (Believe it or not - this was the cruncher, we went for it, and 15 minutes later my waters broke! They say it's healthy for baby & parents)
Apparently anything that makes your insides move (making you want to vomit or get diahorrea) encourages contractions to start. Sounds disgusting, but it worked for me. Good luck!

Try the usual - sex, hot curry, hot bath, lots of walking and raspberry leaf tea in bucket fulls!!! Failing that if you are truly desperate there is always castor oil but it's pretty gross and isn't recommended by midwives. To be honest honey, I tried them all with my third one and after two weeks I was induced in hospital. She (the baby) obviously wasn't ready as it was horrendous!! I'd say you should wait, you can't plan labour!
Good luck and enjoy your little bundle of joy!! x x x

Your baby will come when it's ready. It's better to allow nature to take it's course.
You can get induced, but I've heard that's really painful.
My baby is due 2 days before my FIL's birthday and 3 before my wedding anniversary.
If the baby's not ready, I'm not going to force it.

you will go into labour when your body is ready, but I guess there is no harm in trying out the 'old wives tales', of a long walk or a curry or some naughtiness in the bedroom.... good luck for the new arrival, my wife is due in 4wks.

honey, i am due in 7 days, have been dilated 1 cm and 50% effaced for over 10 days, have had mild contractions since, have walked, talked, stood on my head, had sex, etc. etc...and nothing is working! I'm just sitting back and letting nature take its course...some babies are so stubborn! ;)
