You can clean suede shoes with saddle soap and a soft brush. You are going to have to get the shoes damp but don't soak them. Make sure you get a small amount of saddle soap on the brush and moisten. Clean shoes in a circular motion and rinse them off carefully. Blot dry with a towel.

you get some deodorant mens preferably you spray where the marks are and leave in a well ventilated area for 24 hours then repeat but this time just after spraying get a match or lighter preferably match and light the deodorant and watch it burn off it works everytime apart from the burn marks youve got the snow and salt marks away.

Garrity....why did you wear your suede shoes out in the snow and salt....there really is no fix.....buy some new shoes and then keep a spare pair of boots in your car.
