ok so i am trying to fix and improve the things i dislike about myself, so my question is how do i go about it? i mean i have a list of things i want to change to make me more happy with myself. ex: slow to anger, not get so stressed out, give 100% to whatever i do, stay positive, be nicer to ppl, not let ppl push me around (not physically, you know what i mean), so do i try to fix everything at once? do i only choose 1 or two things and wait a month and then choose something else? i want to know what i should do. plz help.

try and do them all at once. you've got a good plan so good luck, i hope you stick with it. not only will people appreciate the change in you, but you'll feel so much better about yourself knowing that not only have you changed into a nicer person, but you've also set a goal for yourself and achieved it. there's that feeling of self satisfaction, and it's a fantastic feeling.

oh and P.S, like the person above me said, don't be too hard on yourself. it's difficult to change so if you feel you've failed a little bit don't punish yourself. there's no good throwing yourself a self pity party. just get back to it, and you'll be a stronger person having accepted failure and still be willing to try again.

Do them all now, but don't be hard on yourself if you mess up sometimes at first. Those are good goals, btw. Most of us could probably stand to make those same positive changes. Good luck to you.
