i know i havent :S lol just cant seem to stick with it... its so tempting to watch tv or listen to music rather than go to the gym or revise... hehe

I have...Mine was to lose weight and I started out @ 155 lbs Jan 1st and right now I'm down to 138 lbs. Lotsa hard work and curbing the cravings while finding alternative yummies to snack on:)

I have because they were easy and I didn't pressure myself. I vowed to continue on with some projects that I started in Dec of 2006. So far, so good. I also told myself I wasn't going to gain any more weight rather than saying I was going to try to lose some. I've stuck with that one too. I quit biting my nails but I'm not sure how long that one will last.

I have, 3 times a week to the gym. havent lost weight but the fancy scale that I bought says Ive gone from 52% body fat to 35%, so Im doing something right.

Mine was to continue having a wonderful and amazing life, it's going pretty well so far.
