Are you just entering puberty? These questions are generally asked by those entering this stage, and they want serious answers, unlike 4 and 5 year olds.
The answer to this question should basically be provided by your mom or dad, or by your school nurse or doctor or sex education teacher. There are also any no. of good educational sites available on the internet on these matters.
