I need a slogan for a diabetes campaign. Any ideas or suggestions?

Spoken in unison by a group of children, ages 7 to 13 or so, set to resemble someone's grandchildren. The kids all stretch their arms outward at the same time.
"We love you this much because you're the best."
The background voice of a 25 year-old daughter type saying the following words as the camera fades from the children with their outstreched arms.
"Please see your doctor and follow their instructions everyday so they can love you tomorrow too."
At the end of the commercial, the scene is an older person sitting on a doctor's bench talking to their doctor in an examination room.
"You can live everyday for them. You just need to manage your diabetes."
