I can think of a few ways, but that would not be appropriate.

If you are at home, climb into bed and cover up really good, with your clothes on. Climb into a tub of hot water and soak, have a towel and warm clothes or pj's next to the tub so as soon as you get out you can hurry and dry off and jump into your clothes.
Take a large bath towel and put it in you microwave for about 30 seconds or so, until it is really warm and then, wrap it around your shoulders and neck snuggly.
Hope these help.

Obviously, heat would be optimal here. One thing that works well (and is much cheaper than house heat) is a dish heater. They actually work very well. The downside is that they'll only work in the exact area you're in, and not the whole house. However, they're cheap and get warm fast, and offer very warm heat to the immediate area.
However, since it's pretty late/early, you probably not want to leave the house. Therefore, I suggest an extra sweatshirt & an extra pair of socks. Also, throw a blanket over yourself.
And, of course, heat if you have it.

The most important thing for me to be warm is to have warm socks on.Then put your clothes and a blanket in the dryer for awhile and put them on.That should help, then put your heat where you're comfortable.

Move around. You can wear all the clothes you want but if you're not active, you'll still feel cold.

Turn the tap on and hold your hands under hot water. Second: hot tea with a little rum or brandy and lots of sugar.
