There is no "ending" to the original arcade Ms. Pac Man, at least not in the sense that we think of endings now, where once you get past a certain point you get a scripted conclusion and your game ends. Most arcade games of that era didn't have "endings" - you just played until you couldn't play anymore, either because you ran out of lives, or got too tired, or the machine burped once you got to a level that it couldn't handle. Ms. Pac Man is one of those games where the machine burps. Level 133 is the last normal level. After that the player can get anywhere from 1-8 additional levels - these are known as "kill screen" levels because while you can still play them, they are messed up. The maze displays upside-down, but the game still thinks it's right-side up, so the characters are moving through walls and stuff. If you manage to get through the kill screens (how many you get seems to be random), then the game crashes on the last board and becomes unplayable, because the data tables that dictate ghost and maze behavior are exhausted; so in essence you could say that the machine runs out of ideas! This crash screen is considered the game's "ending," since you can't go any further. So a full game would be anywhere from 135-142 levels, depending on how many kill screens you get. For the world champion (see below), a full game took him almost six hours to play!

There is a lot to ms. PAC-man but no ending. Once you get up to the chapter the junior the first level of the junior repeats over and over and over. Some arcade games had final levels but no ending like mappy.
