Why do you stress over this?
It's just a show....
People make racist or derogatory comments EVERY DAY. Just because someone happens to do it on national television - all of the sudden it becomes an issue? Please.

Interesting - I did hear the white trash comment (I think in reference to Jackiey/Jade's family in general) and I also think that the 'subnormal' comment made by that journalist wifie was a bit off as well. There has been bullying in pretty much all the BB's - I don't like Jodie Marsh but think she was bullied, I also think Shabaz was bullied and it was pretty nasty but racism wasn't mentioned then... If Shilpa was white there probably wouldn't have been such a hoo-ha. The real issue here is bullying, not racism.

Racism is a one-way street in the UK if it is directed against whites it is ignored and for this reason multi-culturalism is a Labour fuelled fallacy and in areas near where I live is very much not working, why else would Jade Goody be brought to task over what was basically innocent remarks and yet the Union Jack can be burnt on our streets and hate filled clerics who never worked yet took our tax payments in state benefits be allowed to languish in jail at £100s of thousands of pounds of tax payers money.

I totally, totally agree with you. Jermaine is the real villian of the piece, he fuelled the fires all the time with Shilpa and he DID make racist comments. Especially when he said it's because he and Shilpa were the only two of a different colour. He put the seed in people's minds in the first place. Yet he appears to have got away with it. I will email the producers.

How is that racist?

I am glad I wasn't the only one to notice Jermaine Jackson pointing out to Shipla that she has a different skin colour to everyone else in the house. He was the only one to make that point to her face, and while Jade was ranting I never heard her commenting on Shipla's skin colour but then don't forget Jade's father is black so she is mixed race herself.

The difference between Jermaine Jackson's comment and Jade's behaviour/comments, is that he said that comment in defence of Shilpa. Shilpa is a lady, she has more class and intelligence that Jade could only ever dream to gain. Jermaine made one comment and Jade is in comparison to Shilpa TRASH. Jade made more than several comments behind Shilpa's back, with Jo and Danielle (let's not forget the part these two played in the situation as well) That whole group pact behaviour is the difference between Jermaine's comment and the racist bulling Shilpa experienced.

i totally agree!i like both shilpa and jade and dont think either are racist, just girls being girls! it has upset me that only comments from a white person have been blown out of proportion but from jermaine a black man have totally been ignored. if jade is being punished why isnt jermaine too?

Well, it was a statement of FACT. He and Shilpa ARE the only two "people of colour". It may not be today's best PC way of putting things but that's what it is!
Making the white trash comment isn't making a judgment on white people, it's making a judgment on Jade - who actually IS white trash in the most basic dicionary sense of the term. And come on, who DOESN'T agree!?
