It can be, if you don't clean your lizard's cage. It can cause parasites and bacteria to get to hazardous levels that can kill you lizard.

house lizards are usually very docile creatures.they are not usually poisonous with a few exceptions.the excreta of a lizard unlike a snakes or jungle lizards are not fatal.and if this has come in contact with your skin might cause mild skin rash and if consumed better run to a doctor for not deadly but can cause death.

excreta of any animal can be harmful or even fatal if u u put it in ur mouth .if it has fallen in ur food otherwise studies shows house lizards are not dangerous

It Is not fatal if u come in physical contact with it.
But yes it is fatal i orally consumed.

yes,if it is fallen on the food and someone unknowingly consumes,it may get themselves into poisoning and to very dangerous situations.
