I don't believe that any of them are right now.

The only recent Congressman I can remember who was disabled was Senator Max Cleland, who represented Georgia between 1997-2003. He was in a wheelchair after he lost his legs during the Vietnam war.

Currently, Senator Tim Johnson of South Dakota recently had some medical problems and may have some physical handicaps after he's released from the hospital.

I understand your question and the straight answer is I do not know. Having said that the general mien of your query allows for some speculation. From the looks of things and in a bipartisan way, I would say that more or less ALL our elected folk have some kind of mental impediment disabling them to think rationally and handicapping us from living peacefully.

The majority of Congress are disabled, mentally disabled that is. They don't have a clue what the American people want.
