why do people write like:
HeLLo HOw aRE y0u
with capitals in the middle of the words and put a capital at the begging of every word like:
Don't Worry Be Happy. mostly on msn and internet things i see it why ???

I wish I knew, I think it makes stuff much harder to read, especially if you are trying to skim through things. I know that it also makes it much for difficult for dyslexics, and for people with sight problems.
Call me old-fashioned, but I'm all for correct spelling, capitalisation, grammar etc!

i'm sure that one person did it and many others thought it looked cool and original, so rather than coming up with something creative themselves, they just copied it because they thought it made them look edgey

It is their style of expressing themselves, being creative.
