Most Tesco stores are open 10-4 on Sundays

Well I have no idea where Shoreham is, but I tried the Tesco website and Store Locator service. Entering "Shoreham" brings up Shoreham, Kent, and the closest store named "Sevenoaks Riverhead" which is open from 10am-4pm on Sundays.
Small "Express" stores seem to be open pretty much all day Sunday, but larger supermarkets mostly seem to be 10-4, so I guess, yes, they are open.

Most stores are 10-4 but some are 11-5, check on their website for your local opening hours;
