This is fantastic that you are doing this. You are very brave to face down the bullies and I wish you success. How about mentioning that most bullies go on to:
1. commit felonies
2. spend many years in jail
3. become the victims of violence themselves
4. are never ever happy.
Try to address the bullies themselves rather than illicit compassion for their targets. It is the bullies who need to change their behaviour.
Right now bullying is tolerated but those who bully establish this behavioral pattern and in a few years become felons, thiefs, rapists, etc.
So, the only chance they have at a decent life is to STOP BULLYING.

You need to use like a mascot / Cartoon carater that has a snappy name that the kids can relate to.
