I don't think they will have the impact as they did in the past two presidental elections, I think the last election is a sign of that, I do believe they will try though, which will be the downfall of the republican party.

I don't care what people do in church, its fine by me, but I don't like the idea that the right is right because they are religious. The religious morality card was played a little too often in my opinion. It seemed like the Republicans had to be correct because after all they go to church. The reality to this is that there are actually religious Democrats. So to answer your question I believe it will have as much of an impact as it did in the Congressional and Gubernatorial elections.

As long as the Dems keep thier foot to Bush's throat and continue to expose the evil empire of the Simian Boy King through the Congressional Branch--were good to go. When the Corporate Fascist Neo-cons put all their energies toward this war they disenfranchised the public beyond the point of being able to install any type of damage control. The use of Hot-button issues to bash opposition isn't gonna cut it in 09'---were mad as hell and not gonna take it anymore.

Chimpy's false promises are well noted by the RR, many of them have realized that GWB isn't their guy and never intended to fortify their beliefs.

There is a difference between the Religious Right and us folks who are for plain old common moral decency. We're not preaching about hellfire and damnation here; we're just against b***jobs in the Oval office, for example. That was what the last two elections were about.

The U.S. is God's gift to the world.
Hopefully the next president will continue the magnificent work of this president and continue spreading democracy and freeing people in the middle east from their religious prison, and show them the true way to glory.

Hopefully very little, but I suspect they will be back with the same type of attack tactics and swift-boating as before. The religious right attack dogs are alive and well.

Maybe, they can be almost as unethical as Democrats when they put their minds to it.
Of course they have their faults too, it's like they're from Milwaukee or something.
