I had this problem with a wife once. I gave her the option to stop doing that type of thing, and enter counseling if she couldn't stop on her own. I gave her 3 months to straighten up her attitude.
Even going to counseling didn't help her, and she actually appeared to double the amount of verbal and emotional abuse.
I filed for divorce, kicked her out of my house, since i had owned the house before i met her. This really made her angry. I remarried about 2 years later, and still married after 2 decades (20yrs). She on the other hand has been married 9 times in that period.

take her to dinner one evening or meet her for lunch,take her flowers and put some romance back in your life.....Then just ask her what is worrying her but don´t press the subject.If you want to stay married then work through it.
If you don´t then save your money on he meal and just leave.
