Whenever, and where ever they are being violated. Unless help is not wanted. It seems in my opinion, and by what I heve seen in my life some people seem to be happy to let their rights be ignored. But.
Babies all over are having their human rights abused,and it is legal. The U.S. Supreme Court said it was ok for a woman to kill her unborn baby. I know I opened a can of worms here but,the truth sometimes hurts. I love this Country,but some of our leaders are blind. God Bless America, and may He forgive us where we have failed.

My opinion of Human rights is it is often used by racist to force Western Culture into foreign country. Basically, human rights demand says that our culture is better than yours and you have to change. Stating a culture is better than another is a definition of racism. My opinion is that we are not objective enough and not our place to tell other country what is right and wrong.

yes it is. because it protects ones dignity. because of human rights we are viewed equally by others, they respect us, they hear us, and because of human rights, we act ethically.
