You need to have a face-to-face conversation with the suspect and address the situation you suspect the person is lying about. Unless they are highly trained in the arts of deception such as CIA, FBI, KGB or any politician than the following is a sure-fire way to tell if they are lying.
If the individual's gaze repeatedly goes down and to the left they are lying or withholding information...
Bet on it!!!

Watch their eyes. A lyer will look down if he is lying and up if he is thinking of a lie. Good liers can lie right to your face and you may never know, however almost everyone will fidget in some way.

How many times they blank. The way the play with there fingers. The way they can't look you in the eye. When you listen to you heart go by what it says. First instinct is usually the right one.

Anything could mean anything! If you're talking with a shy person, she/he may not look into your eyes or blink, and she/he may telling the truth! It depends on how you know the person. Try to trust him/her and see what happens. That's what I do. Unless I have to sign a check!! :-) Good luck.

Their hands are sweating, they blibnk more than 2 times per second, and They touch their nose while they are telling the lye

ask them the same question when they are unawares.
They will stammer, avoid looking you in the eye, scratch the back of their neck. Or you can find out the truth from their friends

First thing they do is Smile. take a pause as if thinking. then look at you and try to read your expresions. look around. and then talk. while talking they always use something like. don't you think so? or isen't it? or trust me! or seriously! or simply keep there speech as simple a they can. hope this works. bye.
