I don't know. Three possibilities:
1. as stated previously an estimate of the power used in a computer system or chip
2. A qualitative term used to describe the ability of a theory or model to predict the outcome of a trial. Eg Classical mechanics analytical power doesn't include relativistic speeds.
3. an equation of the form y=e^x where x is complex = a+bi
analysis includes complex numbers

I believe it is the power used by a computer system (processor) to perform some computation.
