live in a house with transparent walls? Why?

Not for very long. I'd never feel secure because I'd assume that eventually someone would break in because they'd be able to see all the 'great' stuff I own, they'd know the layout of the house and they'd easily be able to tell when I wasn't home. Even if I was home, if they could see I was alone they may be tempted to pull a home invasion on me. PLUS, there's all the perverts that would sit outside my house and watch me all day. I've caught creepy men masturbating while looking at me through the window at work. I'd hate to have to come home to that.

as long as the walls to the outside ARENT transparent I guess I could handle it but thats not what youre asking. Nah it would be way too impossible for me. I already have no privacy with the current administration. This is a level im not ready to embrace.

I have before! I was at one time,living in a 2½ and If I did as much as drop a pencil they would bang on the ceiling! Brought them to court and won my case. I always live as though walls had ears and could hear everything I say... What a great lesson to be SELF-AWARE!

Yes. If it were in the middle of a forest, with a fence surrounding the property, and if you had a curtain around the shower and toilet. Though, if people jump over the fence it's their own bloody fault for what they'd end up seeing.
I wouldn't mind in that situation because anywhere else it'd cause too much disturbance for people in the community.

They had a game show here in Ireland where the contestants stayed in a clear house right in the middle of town. Brave souls, I couldn't do it.

Perhaps the opaque ones are better for me. Probably better for the other people too.
Although, just judging by my own attitude, I think people would become bored and try to find shock or humor elsewhere.

no,because if i ever wanted to hide from someone,well it would be quite difficult.also i believe that your house is the only place where you can truly express your self.so,no i could never live in such a house!
