Life Is a Highway by Rascal Flatts (or the original artist.) That's like the song that they use on every road trip scene in every movie/tv show. or Get Out of This Town - Carrie Underwood Lookin for a Good Time - Lady Antebellum Carry On Wayward Son - Kansas (I love listening to this when I drive) and I agree with Highway to Hell, whoever said that...

That ra ra rasputin song can be a lot of fun on roadtrips, some of the faster beatles songs are good if you like them, and Neal Young can be nice when it's late and you want to calm down or something.

The Doors. I had a blast recently, driving on the highway with my brother in law with a CD of this band playing. It's a very surreal feeling, to hear this at 3 AM in the morning.
