You would not say may I have 2 'sundae'
you could say may I have another 'sundae '
The plural is 'sundaes' '
The singular is 'sundae'

sundae is the singular form. the word originated because sundaes were useually a sunday special. the spelling was later changed and it became a sundae.
therefore, sungular = sundae
plural = sundaes
