Depends if she is going clothes shopping- if she is looking for a skirt is a good idea to wear one, that way she can be wearing tights and appropriate shoes to see if the skirt she tries on looks good, or vice versa, if she has no intention of trying on any clothes she should wear whatever she feels comfy in- there is a lot of walking to do at Blue water

trousers definitely. No worrying about laddered stockings or whether you've tucked your skirt in your knickers after using the loo....
trousers are just sooooooooo much easier to wear and less fuss!
