If an African American were to visit Africa or move their he/she would still be considered African American.
If an American moves to Europe he/she would be still an American.

he would probly just be an American-the euphamism "African American" is a product of western political correctness, its supossed to sound more "sensitive" than black or colored, though I have a Jamaican freind who gets ratteled when he is reffered to as an African American, seeing how he is niether.

He would be a foreigner, and an American.
Africa is divided into many countries and many more tribes, people there regard you according to your national and tribal origin.
any visitor from the US, of whatever origin, will always be considered a stranger.
