Poems have no meaning, they are just poetry and those (like Maïakovski) who wrote "politics poetry" were militants, not poets.
However, if you visit individually the author's web sites you could find some interpretations or circumstances (x... was in love, y...was very sad, z... just lost his/her mother etc. when they wrote this). The more the poet is well-known (E.A.Poe for ex.) you will even find many sites with commentaries, bibliographies, chronologies etc.
