I believe in God and Jesus.I dont go to church,I dont go door to door preaching,and I dont push my beliefs on others.Does that make me a bible thumper?I wonder how many names I will get called from the left on this one.

I think you are not up to speed on your Politics in general.
You use terms like (a) Left (b) conservative (c) Republicans (d) Neo Cons (e) Bible Thumpers
#1 From the "Left" refers to a politician with liberal views
#2 Conservative is just as it indicates "Conservative"
#3 Neo Con refers to traditional liberals adopting conservative ideas. Hence: "neo" meaning New to conservatism
#4 A Bible thumper is a person who extracts all thier idealology from the Bible and has no problem pushing that belief on others. They feel the bible is the only truth and that it is thier duty to convert everybody.
Now hopefully you will see that your original question is incoherent or that you are around others making political arguements but not knowing what they are talking about.
Your question does not reflect an actual political arguement by anyone truely familiar with politics
It would be like THE RIGHT TO LIFE PEOPLE calling Conservatives WAR MONGERS!
That arguement wouldn't take place! They are all the same group of people!

Ha. Ha. Ha. If this isn't the most hypocritical question I've ever seen.. Oh wait, it's probably not.. I can go down the list and look at practically any other conservative question/answer and find a complete reversal of your question..
Maybe when you Christian-conservatives stop treating liberalism like the end of the world. And more like the justice-for-all, diplomacy of conflict and balancer of national debt that it is, you can stop getting some of the backlash from upset liberals.
It's really funny that you people can do practically everything you claim to be against, and then try to pin it on others.

Maybe if there were fewer references to their touted religious beliefs, especially when discussing legislation that affects all Americans, bible thumper would be used less.
Maybe if the Republican Party had not blindly supported the neo-con agenda for the past six years, they would not be so closely associated with those policies.
