Yes, I read them all and I pick the best answer. Best is a vague word and open for interpretation, I like ones that make me laugh, strike a chord of remembrance, sentimental, intelligent or are correct if it is a fact based question.

Yes to both.
People who take the "trouble" to answer my questions are definitely worth my full attention to their answers, and my picking a best answer! (which sometimes is hard, cuz often there is more than 1 best answer for me)
