Depends on what the girl wants...differs from girl to girl ;)
Girls find guys a 'mystery' and are looking for some sort of 'X-factor' that can turn them on...
Research has shown that girls like guys for their physiques, especially if they have V-shaped torso...personality factors like humour also a bonus...

I'd say it's a combination of a few things, but it mostly revolves around personality. Add in a touch of a great sense of humor, a good smile, a confident attitude, great manners, and good personal hygeine.
Keep those up and you will have MANY options knocking on your door my friend.
