the arguement on that is hard.i beleive it comes down when things happen , how a person views them.all of life is lessons, some are pleasent others not so
.i once heard a new report on a woman who got cancer 4 times, but keep fighting it and laughing about all the good things in life. now i would call that bad luck, but she laughs and thinks , of all the wonderful things in life, and keeps fighting it and making it.
so is the glass half full or half empty? and how do you feel about it?

yea .. this is true .. i mean not absolutely true but most of the time .. there is a sayin in my country says "ones afraid from ghosts , see'em" .. so it jus proves your thoughts .. when a pessimistic person is goin onto sumthin needs anything like concentration or luck or proffession .. he'll jus say i got no chance even if it was a game , then he'll jus loose cuz he won't try to the edge cuz in his mind .. he has already lost..

No.
When the drunk driver comes out of the blue and hits you and lands you in a hospital it has nothing to do with your thinking.
When you slip on ice on an unsalted walkway it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When you mother gets sick and dies it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When a child is born with birth defects it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When the bank screws up and takes "fees" it shouldn't have and won't own up it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When your computer dies it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When your face breaks out and you're a teenager it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
When your house catches fire, or the river floods out your first floor and basement, or a tornado blows the roof off it has nothing to do with your negative thinking.
Need I go on?
