"During filming of the final scene of POTC: DMC, Tia Dalma appoints a new captain to help retrieve Jack Sparrow. The actors (Orlando Bloom, Kiera Knightley) were told this would be Anamaria (The black woman crew in Curse of the Black Pearl). However, the new captain was actually Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush), and this stunt was pulled in an attempt to get genuine looks of surprise on the faces of the characters."

Are you aware of this? Once I knew that, I can't help watching the last scene over and over again and looked at the reactions of Orlando and Kiera being genuine and real... Orlando's expression was more obvious and more surprised for me...

HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

Yeah, I did know this. They actually didn't tell any of the actors in that scene either. It's a good idea. Those were real looks of surprise. Another interesting fact is that when they filmed the scene with Jack and Elizabeth kissing each other, they didn't put that in Orlando Bloom's script, so that is another look of surprise. It really is a good idea.

It seems good. the only concern I even have so a procedures is the extensive leap of fable it took. the 1st one had 'skeleton adult males' who have been cursed with that disease... the 2nd is approximately AQUA-based creatures from a lagoon or the seven seas (no longer precisely those places yet something liek it). That to me is a extensive leap from skeleton adult males. in spite of the undeniable fact that those "sea creature" pirates is additionally below some variety of curse which will make it fairly plausible (sp). nevertheless in case you have speaking sea creatures then what's to declare a dogs or cat won't commence speaking.

LOL. I love trivia like that! They did the same thing in Narnia with the snow and Mr Tumnus so that Lucys reaction would be more realistic walking on set for the first time and then meeting some one she actually knew quite well.
