im trying to figure out why you are asking this question but ill put that aside and answer it anyways. Well considering the fact that you can practicly consider me a woman, this is my opinion on what i think is sexy, take it or leave it....well first of all, black will complimnet a lot of woman, it gives a fierce look, while still showing style and class, it can be simple, or it can be glamourous depending on how you wear it, this paired with a dark eye liner will look fabulous on anybody...also paired with dark jeans. I think that a pair of good fitting designer jeans with a sexy black low cut top and some stilleto boots would look awsome on any woman. But if shes not the dark and dismal type you could always go for some color. Short summer dresses that show off some leg never hurt anyone, this in a fun red, with an accent of a belt around the waist along with an oversized bag and some heels would look great as well. But if your looking for the true sexy, then it all depends on the woman you are trying to dress, whatever she decides to wear it has to fit her, and it has too complimnet her entirely, its not just about the outfit, its about the attitude, anyone can have sex appeal when they think they're hot, so if shes comfortable in her own skin, then the world is her closet. Going simple and casual is something that works for alot though, a simple black cami, with a white tank over it, paired with some jeans and tennies, is a great way to show taht you are stylish and comfortable. I hope i helped, it really depends on the woman though.

It depends on there assests. Generally low cut tops/dresses and a bit of leg showing

It depends on how they are built. Basically for some a few drops of Chanel 5 :) and for some ... well ... try "hide and seek" method of dressing
