Dogs are extremely perceptive and I know that my Blue Heeler also shared my ghost-sighting experience a few weeks ago.
I was outside in the dark, barely any moon so really dark, and as I turned around towards my house I saw my 20 month old daughter running from near the back door along the house (our house is long and narrow). I shouted out "oi" because I didn't want to go searching for her in the dark. She didn't even flinch or break stride, just appeared to giggle and keep on running/skipping. My dog came out from under the house a growled in the direction of her moving form. I went to the back door to put the things in I was getting off the clothesline and was surprised to find the door closed (I assumed I must have left it open and my daughter followed me out). I perceived my daughters (I have 2 others - 4 and 10) playing and giggling and asked "is Pearl with you guys?" They responded yes. So what did I see? AND what did my dog see? The next day I went out and where I saw this "whatever it was" running, I found a couple of bikes and pieces of wood on the ground. There is no way something solid and human could have ran/skipped along that pathway. I observed "whatever it was" for about, hmmm, 3-5 seconds? Being realistic, how long it would take a small child to run the length of our house. And because I believed, at the time, that it was my small daughter, I didn't take my eye from it until it had rounded the corner of the house so it wasn't an aside glance at all. My dog saw it too!

well, no one will actually know. Animals have a six sense that enables them to sense danger and possibly supernatural things too, like, the weird way animals behave just before a natural disaster. For example, some people believe that new-born babies can see spirits because they are still pure and have not sinned. I also have a friend who claims she can see ghosts and spirits, since she was young. She gave various encounters to explain it to me. From what she told me, she was born with it. I don't know if she was telling the truth or just pulling my leg, but i still keep a certain distance from her - won't want her staring at something behind my back!
I have another friend who has seen some extraordinary things occasionally, like seeing a sort of projection nearby a Catholic Priest who told us about a spirit he excorcised.
We may all have the same ability, just with a different level of "talent", since another friend saw it too. i didn't, thankfully!

This misconcetion probably arose out of the extraordinary olfactory powers of the dogs.They can identify a person by his smell even a ft er passge of cosiderable time. They can also identify explosives hidden underground.- Thry can differentiate beteen identical twins.This capacity has been extentded further in imaginaion in canine abilite to see ghosts.Howsoever acute the sense of smell of the dogs they cannot smell something which doe not exist.

i do not in my opinion trust ghosts choose evening. (i have considered many in the course of the day.) notwithstanding, the flexibility they are pertaining to is electrical powered/battery power. that's presently believed that ghosts drain this stuff to do "important" such issues as throw products or totally seem. Many say ghosts are also shy round maximum human beings (except they are requested to go back out and play...). And evening has traditionally been the time at the same time as the "veil" between worlds is thinner. So evening looks the most acceptable searching time. wish that facilitates.

i dont know about dogs, but my cat makes me bellieve he does.there is the corner of my base ment where the light doesnt reach and i was alwyas freaked out by it, funny thing is m y cat was alllways attracted to that part of the base ment.whenever i go down there, he rubs allover my legs then runs to the corner and if i dont follow him he meows.my parents built a bathroom over there and whenever i go there i bring my cat with me, for protection (yes i know what your thinking what my cat going to do) and the other night my cat and i were in the bathroom and i was going to wash my face so i put the water on very gently at this time my cat was acting wierd and kept walking from me to the door then looking at the doorknob then back to me,etc then right when i was about to put the wash clothe under the water, (it was coming out gently not too much) the water started spiting out! i was freaked out! i shuite it off grabbed my cat and ran upstairs when i told my parents what hapend the laughed and said i imagine things.

but still, even though the only other ppl to live in my housede (built in 1924) was a very religious couple, thier only child, a son seems to have had a dark auora. i never met him but apparently he moved far away from his parnets when they were still alive and changed his last name. idk

Some people do believe that animals have better senses than what humans do - when it comes to spiritual things - but who can answer that for sure?
Except of course the animals - and they seem to keep that private!

dogs r hyper sensitive to their enviroment they can sense things that humans cant even hope to feel(unless you're a little phycic i cant remember the xact word 4 it) but they can sense peoples auras or soul if u will and can often sense there intentions why do u have a dog thats actin' funny?

Not sure if they see ghosts or not but they definatley sense things that we humans don't.
