IT IS ! It is backed by the strongest banks in the world, U.S. Banks. China has invested heavily in U.S. Savings bonds, it's economy has soared and it needed a place to put it's money, The U.S. Dollar may fluctuate on the world market but, it is still the most dependable banks in the world, and the MOST stable.

ahhh by this do u mean actual gold? YES i think it should be... like it was before the Federal Reserve Bank... have a look at this documentary !
