Travel
Buy a holiday home in an exotic locale
Buy state of the art gadgets for the house & junk all the old stuff
Send my parents on a world cruise
Spend some on my maid who has been loyal to me & is quite hard up
By then I think I'll have to borrow some money as i would have spent my million :)

I would first find a really high class "evening blooming flower".. just to see what is like.

Then I would probably travel for a year or two. India, Asia, Japan.

If there was money left over I would buy a house somewhere nice.

Send my foster daughter to college. Pay off my oldest child's student loan. Pay off my house and buy the retirement property I want; put a very modest house and barn on it, and fences for my horses. Do still more charity work, since I'll be able to pay a horse- and dog-sitter while I'm away.
