I highly recommend that you go to an optical store. DO NOT buy them from beauty supply stores or any store that does not have a license to sell them. Have you tried 1 800 contacts?
You can also try any major optical chain, like DOC.

I don't have a website, but I am pretty sure that any contact lens store sells the specialty lenses. What ever you buy, make sure they fit your prescription because they have a chance to ruin your eye sight. It has something to do with changing the form of your eyeball or something like that, but no worries if the new lenses fit your prescription.

Use should use an optometrist in the mall. A few years ago, a bunch of teens went blind, because they bought lenses from shady places. Just be careful with your eyes!

Any optometrist can write you a prescription after a proper eye exam, even if you don't need to wear them. They carry non prescription lenses too.

You can purchase them from indoor swapmeets or an eyecare professional if you want to find them in person but if you would like to purchase them online check out this site. They have really good prices and a wide selection of krazy lenses and different shades of colored contacts.

Always buy them from your local optician. They will recommend you best lenses accordinly.
Its doesn't change the eye color, those are colored contact lenses.

Any optometrist. Lensecrafters. Tatoo stores on Hollywood Blvd.
BE CAREFUL!
Some of them reportedly can give you some kind of eye-funk that can make you loose your vision and/or get a bad eye infection
