Unfortunately, the answer is that I have had the UNFORTUNATE experience of seeing things like this in society (and been the recipient of some of the hate too --- even for the Honorable Wear of the Service Uniform as part of my Military Duties (and I am now Retired Military). Being Female .. there are all sorts of slurs and hate-mongering, the same thing happened while I was a long-term single parent too.

Yes. I have been acquainted with a number of neo-Nazi skinheads. I've heard them yell things like "Hey Charlie Chan!" to an older Asian guy on the street, trying to cause a fight, etc.. I've known a lot of people who start physical fights with others. I know at least 3 murderers (2 that are in jail, 1 that's in hiding) and a number of people who have been/are in jail for a violent assault/crime. I also went to high school with some kids that got visible KKK tattoos and threatened black people if they saw any in the mostly white town we lived in.
Thankfully, I have no association with any of these people anymore.

I consider myself a person who is at peace with the knowlege that their are jerks out there and that they will one day get theirs, however there are some people. For starters, my father. He is a stubborn, short little angry mother ****** who resmbles the tasmanian devil in an argument. My younger sister who pushes to get her way, even if you've said no a thousand times in about half an hour. My brother who suddenly went wankster on me and berrates the homosexuals and preaches his fathers supremicy (and gods for that matter). My step dad who expects everyone to do everything for him because he's older than sin, this guy I knew by the name of Mike, who has a major inferiority complex, President Bush and our Prime Minister Stephen Harper who are both convinced that the world would be better off Conservative and think that global warming is just a myth. That just about does it for me, but then again, they will all get theirs. Muahahahahahaha!

YES..... Yet I must admit - I work in a State prison....And behavior as such happens there every day...Intimidation, rudeness, hatefulness, different gangs trying to out talk and cut down members of rival gangs......
But I am sure the prison system doesn't hold the candle on this type of behavior - they were all on the outs at one time...........

Yes there's alot of hate groups out there. We're also getting a growing Mexican population and people don't like it.

yes i've got alot of homies in gang's and i see them trying to hype people up for stuff they dont wanna do
