there is ghost.bat file on my usb hrddisk nd a file with same name as the folder in each folder is it a virus

if yes which antivirus is there for it?

I suggest you should scan it, or type that file name into the internet search engine (like google)
If you are not sure, you should go to download.com and search for AVG anti-virus scanner
It is one of the best free program!

ghost.bat could be a file created by Norton Ghost backup program
