I know, it refers to a place, but I don't know where.

Maybe it's slang for the steak house chain commonly known as Sizzler.

It could mean a few different things. In slang terms, sizzle refers to: "sister" (used with fo shizzle); one of the many slang terms for the drug OC, that is Oxycontin; 1. To smoke weed, to burn.
2. To be engaged in an activity; verb - To suck; to perform fellatio; crack cocaine or the act of smoking crack cocaine; to humorously mock or humiliate someone with a well-timed joke, diss or comeback; a sack of marijuana, generally of high quality; a slang term for someone with red hair; and, the varying degree of sound produced by a hi-hat, incorporated with a drum kit. Derived from a similarity to the effect of greasy food on a piping-hot skillet.
I've never read that particular novel so I can't really say what the term means in that context. If you've read it, maybe these definitions will give you an idea of what it could mean.
Take care.

Maybe it just means "Go ahead, Lalito, I'll see you at the sizzle" (the sausage sizzle - do you know what that is? Just a sausage barbeque)
