are there any program that can give a secury broadcast? if so what and how much?

I have used a product called Gotcha! I paid about $20 for it seven years ago. However, I checked their website and what I bought seven years ago, now costs $69.95. I would check it out as it is kind of cool to use. The version I have allows one to get email or pages that their is a security issue.

Yes there is I was just in Radio Shack and saw the hardware for it. I did not get it but if you go either to the store or to the website they should be able to help you.
It is so cool. It is motion activated so that every time a person comes within distance of the camera it automatically sends a 45 second (or however time you set it for) recording to your computer.
You can also set it to send a still photograph to your cell phone as an alert.
