i am an american, and i have dreams of becoming a pediatrician. after graduating with a phd, i want to move to england and work there. is it possible that i can find a job easily and will my doctorate still be looked upon in england? or will i have to graduate at a school there in order for the locals to call me doctor?

Just getting a PHD is hell. Also, moving to England is a bad idea until you get a good start in your carreer. Stuff in england is expensive.
