I will have to assume that you mean from North/Central America?

If that is your question, then the answer is NO. There is no way to drive from Central America to South America because the Darién jungle separates the southern tip of the Panamanian isthmus from Northern Colombia and no road passes through.

The only option you have is to put your car on a freighter and then pay from there. It may work out to be cheaper to buy a clunker in South America.
