When you know she's in a certain room for sure, walk in and see how she reacts when you walk in. Does she sit up, or does she do nothing?
Whenever she sees you, she'll say hi first.

One sure fire way. If you're both in a position to answer a phone, as in an office, have a young sounding lady friend call and ask for you. Let her answer the phone, and turn a little and whisper into the phone. When you hang up, if she asks you if that was a girlfriend, buddy, she likes you. Keep her on the hook and tell her "maybe". That'll drive her nuts.
