where can i read the manga season 2 of goong?

you mean manhwa.
and the goong manhwa has no season 2 really (if you're thinking of Goong S)

it's pretty hard to find manga on http

so i use IRC, using the mIRC client

there's a search bar in the top right, type in goong to get a listing

if you know how to use irc, then it's straight forward simple
if not do this in mIRC

note in tools > options > go to DCC, tick auto-get file, If file exists : resume, (you can tick auto-accept chat requests as well)
then go to DCC > Ignore>, method: disabled

Like the other guy said there is no season 2 but there are volumes. Here's a link to a forum, where they have HTTP downloads, just scroll down and there are RAWS and English Volumes. Have fun! I love this manhwa too!
