Well Sarah, they are not the kind of things one would find in 'normal' shops. So I would suggest somewhere like Parkson Grand.

Is Cardcaptor Sakura Sealed Card a movie? are talking about finding a VCD? if so, just go to stores that sells VCDs like Carrefour, Tesco, Giant, VideoEzy, Speedy (these stores are all over Malaysia)

there are plenty of shop for Comic Hobbyist. try Midvalley Megamall and Sungai Wang PLaza(top floor). there are few comic shop selling comic related product from action figurine to collective card.
