what makes some poo big and some come out little?

i have been watching mine and now i check in the public stalls in my office building (i am a janitor and student) and i see other people's poo now and then. somebig some small. why?

Depends on the foods they eat. If they have more bulk in their diet or on the other end the worst food red meat.....
