Both are important.
if you are not beaufitul enough, then you must be a more caring person. if you are beautiful, at beginning, you can not be so caring to catch people's attention, but after a while, the uncaring behavior will diminish thhe beautiy.

Caring... beauty is in the eye of the beholder, you cant judge a book by the cover. if someone is not caring why be around them because they look good no i don't think so.

Well, 'b' is the ideal answer of course, but it's not always that easy, especially in today's society. 'b' would definitely give you positive self-esteem - that's why so many people don't have it.
