what would cause an otherwise good running Stove to quit working??

Its plugged in and the switch at the breaker box isnt tripped either its a whirlpool Estate with the glass top and the coil under the glass if that helps Thanks in advance

If nothing works it's probably a fuse or a bad plug..

Probably the fuse in the stove or possibly a loose wire or bad connection. Does the oven work ?
