okay, im at Goron Mines, and about to fight the boss, but i dont have a shield! where do i get the Hylian shield or whatever at?

You don't really need a shield, or go back to Kakarikko village, and buy one off that creepy baby.

This fight works the same as when you wrestled the Rams back in the starting village and doesnt require a shield.
If you haven't been back to the starting village lately, go back and the Mayor will teach you how to Sumo wrestle and the tricks he used to beat the gorons.

you can get one at the shop by the shaman's house (it's got a pic of the kid on it) but you won't need it. it doesn;t protect you at all. the hylan shield it is a little expensive, but not really bad.
